I have been lucky enough to have had more than one flat in Edinburgh managed by this Property Management firm. My first contact was with John Davidson himself – in 2011 – who salvaged my flat after a very bad rental experience – I was at the point of giving up!! John saved the day and then handed the day-to-day management on to one of his brilliant team  – Mark Phillips followed by Lewis Collie – a first class experience. I am now sadly having to sell my property – however the team at Southside have been a huge support to me throughout this experience. I could not recommend them highly enough – thank you Southside.
