Reporting Issues

Welcome to our repair reporting system. To speed up the process, please add photographs of the reported issue where possible. Failure to do so may mean we need to contact you for pictures before we can proceed. We are committed to fixing your problems swiftly.  Here is a short video of how to report an issue using the Report Maintenance box below:

When reporting issues always include:

  • Email your property manager (See our Team Page for contact details)
  • Your property reference number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (where applicable). This will help us to get issues resolved more quickly and instruct the correct contractor (eg a plumber or electrician for a shower issue depending on the situation)

If issues arise (which may or may not be the fault of the tenant) it is important that you report this to your property manager as soon as possible to avoid the problem from escalating.

If accidental damage happens please notify us and do not try and hide it (we understand accidents do happen and want to help you). If you notify us we will give you our recommended tradesperson who will help you and provide good rates and you would pay them directly.
