With this service SouthSide perform the advertising, arrange viewings and provide reference and credit checks. This gives the properties full exposure on all of the leading advertising platforms and frees up my time to perform the viewings, which I prefer. SouthSide are very accommodating and useful in this process and are there to provide market advice.
