To date we have proactively contacted clients helping to improve 49 properties EPC’s by a total of 855 points.
In 2023 we helped 26 properties improve there EPC rating with 16 of
those moving up to a C rating.
Notably some of the highlights are that we have increased:
· 3 properties from a F rating to a C
· 5 properties from a E ratings to a C
· 13 properties from a D ratings to a C
Which all now comply with the 2025 proposed legislation.
We are working closely with those clients whose properties are still to achieve a C rating by offering support and guidance, budget appraisals for recommended EPC measures, tendering and coordinating the planned installation of energy improvements.
