We are thrilled to share some incredible news with our community! Southside has returned from The Negotiator Awards 2025 with a trophy cabinet that reflects the hard work, passion, and dedication our team pours into every property we manage.

The Negotiator Awards are among the most prestigious in the UK residential property industry, and being recognized on this national stage is a testament to the standards we strive for every day.

A triple win for Southside

This year was particularly special for us, as we secured honors across three major categories:

• 🏆 Winner: Regional Agency of the Year (Scotland)

• 🥉 Bronze Medal: Property Management Department of the Year

• ✨ Highly Commended: Property Management Company of the Year

Taking home the title of Regional Agency of the Year (Scotland) is a milestone moment for us. It reinforces our position as a leader in the Scottish property market and highlights our commitment to excellence right here at home.

A word from our leadership

Accepting the awards, John Davidson expressed his pride in the team’s collective effort:

“It goes without saying that we are immensely proud to be recognised in this way. Our dedicated team works extremely hard to maintain the highest standards of customer service and this award is theirs.”

“To be voted regional agency of the year is a huge honour for us and underlines the consistently high level of work that everyone at Southside puts in day in, day out. We were also delighted with our bronze medal in the property management department of the year category—another great achievement, considering there were 27 companies up for the award.”

“As we prepare to move into 2026, our aim is to keep raising the bar even higher.”

And a thank you to all of you

Whether you are a landlord, a tenant, or a partner, we want to thank you for being part of our journey. These awards belong to you, too, as your trust allows us to do what we love at the highest level.
