I like the property, and everything has been fine, no issues since moving in. The process was good, and good communication throughout.

Going well and enjoy it here. Our property manager has been really helpful and responsive when contacting her. The process was simple and smooth throughout. Some small issues when we first moved in, but they were sorted promptly.

Our tenancy is going really well, and we have all started to move the last of our stuff in and get settled which is good. We all found the process simple and good. The gift bag was kind when we collected our keys.

I have a couple of times used the (Silver) Let Only service from SouthSide to secure a new tenancy for flats I manage.  With this service SouthSide perform the advertising, arrange viewings and provide reference and credit checks. This gives the properties full exposure on all of the leading advertising platforms and frees up my time to perform the viewings, which I prefer. SouthSide are very accommodating and useful in this process and are there to provide market advice.

I have been lucky enough to have had more than one flat in Edinburgh managed by this Property Management firm. My first contact was with John Davidson himself – in 2011 – who salvaged my flat after a very bad rental experience – I was at the point of giving up!! John saved the day and then handed the day-to-day management on to one of his brilliant team  – Mark Phillips followed by Lewis Collie – a first class experience. I am now sadly having to sell my property – however the team at Southside have been a huge support to me throughout this experience. I could not recommend them highly enough – thank you Southside.

Overall very friendly letting agency, certainly much better to work with than some other agencies in Edinburgh! We were given a cute little care package when we picked up the keys for our new flat which was a nice touch as well. Generally good response times for issues, and our property manager Ryan has been so helpful in fixing the various bits and bobs we’ve needed and figuring out any problems we’ve had. Definitely would recommend this agency!

Every interaction I had with them was really nice they always help and try their best to help, I got stuck with the flat last week call the agency everyone was so understanding and trying to help, less than 30min after I have a call from the lock man saying I am on my way don’t worry. This was fast and really nicely handled but everyone and it is always nice to work with people like that.

Southside Edinburgh provides fast-response and efficient service to tenants. The property management team, including my correspondents Katy Fitton and Leah Miller, is very professional and warmly helped me settle down when I moved into the property. Also they are patient in explaining unknowns to me about any questions related to the property.

Impossible to fault Southside Property Management. 20+ years as landlord and 5 agencies employed to manage the properties and none of them came near Southside for efficiency and effectiveness. Their office systems operate smoothly and well. Our property manager is Ryan and he turns round issues like repairs and administration requirements promptly and well. Emails are responded to speedily, enabling effective dealing with issues. Can’t praise him and the firm’s practices enough!
