Viewings and Routine Property Visits (48 hour notice)
During your tenancy, routine visits are carried out on the property. This is to ensure that it is being maintained to a reasonable standard and to evaluate if any minor works are needed.

If you are leaving your property and we are doing viewings, you will be sent a text message at least 48 hours’ before with the date & time of the viewing. During the viewing, the viewers are accompanied at all times by a member of the SouthSide team.
