This is the first time my partner or myself have rented with Southside and we both agree they are the best letting agency we have been with in Edinburgh over the years. The staff were welcoming when we first moved in - the welcome pack we received when we collected our keys was a lovely gesture! Our application and moving in process couldn’t have been easier; the property we moved into has been perfect. Every member of staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly each time we have contacted the agency regarding separate inquiries which has been great. Receiving a check-up call a few weeks after we moved in was another lovely gesture; we both feel as though the team at Southside have provided a personal experience despite the difficulties of not being able to meet face to face due to COVID. I would recommend Southside as a letting agency for anyone looking to rent a property.

From 2017 to 2020, myself and four other flatmates rented a student property from Southside Property Management. Throughout our tenure Chloe, Emma and recently Jonny have always put our best interests first and have made sure that we receive the best service possible.
I would definitely recommend to Students that they rent with Southside and with these agents if possible. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be streamlining the process in which tenants receive their deposits back (But that’s a minute problem it what has been a very easy stay).

Really pleased the response time and friendly attitude Southside has. I first used Southside when I was looking around for a flat and had several virtual viewings with Sam. He was so friendly and so helpful giving me tips and making sure that I could see everything and ask any questions. The whole application process was stressful, but all my questions were answered super quickly by Anna and Leah. Now living at a Southside property, the flat is amazing, got super lucky with my flatmates and even got a welcome bottle of prosecco from Southside to pop when I moved in! The property manager Leah is super helpful and responds v quickly which is really nice. I would definitely recommend Southside to anyone wanting to move to Edinburgh.
