    You can complete the following form in order to be notified when matching properties become available. Some properties are already online. We anticipate very high demand and as such it is important you check your emails daily and respond within one working day if you are contacted, to advise if you are interested or not.

    PLEASE NOTE: we are currently contacting our HMO tenants to establish their intentions for the next academic year. If they wish to move out, we will contact anyone who submitted a note of interest if there is a match in requirements. You should respond to this email within one working day (due to high demand) if you wish to be considered for that property.

    We do anticipate that the majority of these properties will be available to rent from June 2022, with a select few potentially available from July/August/September. It should also be noted that the current tenants of these properties can change their mind at any time, up until 28 days prior to their exit date.

    *If you are looking for a flat share, 1 or 2 bed for next year, these will be advertised around 4-5 weeks before they become available, depending on when current tenants give their official notice.
