In order to minimize disruption to tenants, SouthSide can provide access for inspections or if you prefer to be present please inform your property mananger. Please note that although we can’t always guarantee a specific time for the inspection, we will do our best to arrange the inspection within a 3 hour time window where requested.

In normal circumstances 24 hours’ notice will always be given however in the event of emergency access must be given by the tenant (even at short notice) in the interest of tenants’ health and safety.
Please be aware that if a tenant agrees a date/time with a contractor/agent to visit the property and access is denied when at the property, the occupier will incur a charge and this will either be the contractors call out charge or £30 including VAT for the agent.
